With modern manufacturing techniques, new pallets are more affordable than ever. Plastic rackable pallets are often heavy-duty and can be either two-way or four-way entry. Configuration of the bottom deck of a rackable pallet varies based on use and may include a three-runner, picture frame or picture frame with a crossbar.
